Explore our suite of services designed to support your next step forward:
Homebuyer Education Workshops
Our Homebuyer workshop will help you understand and prepare for the home buying process. We offer homebuyer workshops that will cover everything about homeowner from A to Z.
One-on-One Homeownership Counseling
During the counseling session, we will review an income and expense analysis to assess affordability and determine eligibility for any loans or programs that may be available.
Individual Development Account (IDA)
The IDA (Individual Development Account) program is designed to help individuals and families earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income save for their first home purchase or home repairs. For every dollar you save, the program will match it with $5, up to a certain cap, depending on your savings goal.
We offer the IDA program for first-time homebuyers as well as homeowners in need of repairs. A one-on-one counseling session with a housing counselor is required for both programs. First-time homebuyers must complete a homebuyer’s workshop before scheduling their counseling appointment.
Down Payment Assistance Program
Our Down Payment Assistance Program offers financial support for first-time homebuyers with an annual household income at or below 100% of the Area Median Income. To qualify, your household must demonstrate sufficient income and creditworthiness to secure primary financing through a Conventional or VA loan.
This program is designed to help make homeownership more accessible by providing the down payment assistance you need to get started on your homeownership journey.
Loss Mitigation
Our Loss Mitigation program offers personalized one-on-one counseling sessions designed to help you navigate through difficult financial situations. During your meeting, a dedicated housing counselor will work closely with you and your lender to explore strategies for avoiding foreclosure.
Together, you’ll review your current financial situation, discuss available options, and develop a tailored plan to help you stay in your home. Our expert counselors are here to guide you every step of the way.
