The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is an innovative housing pilot designed to serve individuals with higher and more complex needs who may benefit from an enhanced, structured community living environment.

The project provides a residential setting focused on safety, dignity, and stabilization and operates as a county-funded housing program supported through Housing Case Management Services (HCMS) and Regional Long-Term Rental Assistance (RLRA).

Enrollment in the program includes participation in county-required stabilization services, which are delivered separately from property management functions.

The Lighthouse is designed to test and refine approaches that promote housing stability for households with significant barriers, with the goal of informing future program development and broader system-level practice.

The property is operated in coordination with HousingWorks Property Management to ensure professional, compliant housing operations.
